In MyKidReports, schools can set a future start date for billing by assigning a billing program with a specific start date. This allows schools to plan and automate the billing process in advance, ensuring that the charges will only begin from the selected date.

Benefits of Future Date Billing:

  • Schools can schedule fees for students enrolling in upcoming sessions.

  • Helps in better planning and managing cash flow.

  • Avoids immediate charges when enrollment starts at a later date.

This feature helps schools efficiently manage billing without needing manual intervention when the billing date arrives.
