Yes, schools can delete a billing plan in MyKidReports if it's no longer needed. This feature is helpful for managing outdated or incorrect plans, ensuring that only relevant and active billing plans remain in use.

Important:

Active Assignments: Ensure that no students are currently assigned to the plan before deletion. If students are assigned, they will need to be removed from that plan before you can delete it.

Benefits of Deleting a Billing Plan:

Delete the billing plan on the Web

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Go to 'Billing' > Click on the 'Dashboard' tab.

Step 3: Click on the 'Assign billing plans' in the 'At a Glance' tab.

Step 4: Go to the desired plan that you want to delete and Click on the icon.

Step 5: You will get a confirmation pop-up. Click on the 'Confirm' button.

Important: Now you want to delete that plan in which students are assigned so now firstly they will need to be removed from that plan before you can delete it.
