How do I remove somebody from a billing plan?

Learn how schools can remove somebody from a billing plan in MyKidReports.

In MyKidReports, schools can easily remove a student from a billing plan when they no longer need to be charged or their enrollment ends.

Benefits of this Feature:

  • Stops unnecessary charges once the student leaves or their enrollment period ends.

  • Maintains accurate financial records and billing data.

  • Provides flexibility to adjust billing based on a student's situation, such as withdrawing from the program.


Remove a Student from a Billing Plan on the Web

There are two methods to remove students from a Billing plan.

Method 1

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Go to 'Billing' > Click on the 'Dashboard' tab.

Step 3: Click on the 'Assign billing plans' in the 'At a Glance' tab.

Step 4: Under the Billing Plans tab, locate the plan associated with the student you wish to remove. Click on the number of associated students (in this case, "1 student").

Step 5: In the pop-up window that shows the list of assigned students, find the student you want to remove. Click the 'Remove' next to the student’s name.

Step 6: You will get a confirmation pop-up. Click on the 'Confirm' button.


Method 2

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Go to 'Billing' > Click on the 'Dashboard' tab.

Step 3: Click on the 'Assign billing plans' in the 'At a Glance' tab.

Step 4: Click on the 'Assign'.

Step 5: You will get a pop-up. Select children to Assign billing program and click on the 'Continue' button.

Step 6: You will get another pop-up. Enter the desired 'Start Date' and Choose 'End Date' to set a termination date. Click on the 'Assign Program' button.

Step 7: You will get a confirmation pop-up. Click on the 'Assign' button.


Remove a Student from a Billing Plan on the App

Method 1

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Click on the icon.

Step 3: Go to 'Billing' > Click on the 'Dashboard' tab.

Step 4: Click on the 'Assign billing plans'.

Step 5: Under the Billing Plans tab, locate the plan associated with the student you wish to remove. Click on the number of associated students (in this case, "1 student").

Step 6: In the pop-up window that shows the list of assigned students, find the student you want to remove. Click the 'Remove' next to the student’s name.

Step 7: You will get a confirmation pop-up. Click on the 'Confirm' button.
