Yes, schools can edit billing plans in MyKidReports to update important details like fees, plan name, and Invoice generation date. This flexibility allows schools to adjust billing as needed without having to create a new plan every time something changes.

Efficiency: Quick updates save time when adjustments to fees, plan name, and Invoice generation date are required.
Note:
You can not update or change billing frequency.
There is no effect of updating the billing plan on previous invoices. This effect on new invoices.
Edit the billing plan on the Web
Step 1: Log in to your account.
Step 2: Go to 'Billing' > Click on the 'Dashboard' tab.
Step 3: Click on the 'Assign billing plans' in the 'At a Glance' tab.
Step 4: Go to the desired plan which you want to edit and Click on the 'Edit Plan'.
Step 5: You can update fees, plan name, and Invoice generation date as well you can also enable/disable automatic invoice generation by the toggle button. Then just click on the 'Save Plan' button.
