Billing plans are the foundation of MyKidReports' billing system—they determine the schedule and charges you want to bill families on a regular, recurring basis. Billing plans can be customized to bill weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly ensuring flexibility to meet your program’s needs.
Create a Billing Plan on the Web
Follow these easy steps to create a billing plan.
Step 1: Log in to your account.
Step 2: Go to 'Billing' > Click on the 'Dashboard' tab.
Step 3: Click on the 'Billing Plans' > Create 'New Plan'.
Step 4: Fill in all the details such as Billing Frequency (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly), Program Amount, Plan Name, and select the Invoice Generation Date from the dropdown list. Then, click on the 'Create Plan' button.
