With MyKidReports, schools can generate automatic invoices for student fees and other charges. This feature ensures timely invoicing, reduces manual effort, and helps parents stay informed about due payments

How to Set Up Automatic Invoices in MyKidReports on the Web.

Follow these easy steps to create a billing plan.

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Go to 'Billing' > Click on the 'Dashboard' tab.

Step 3: Click on the 'Create billing plan' in the 'At a Glance' tab.

Step 4: Fill in all the details such as Billing Frequency (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly), Program Amount, and Plan Name, and select the Invoice Generation Date from the dropdown list. Then, click on the 'Save Plan' button.

Important: Here, you will also see an option for Invoice Generation Date. This allows you to set when the invoice should be automatically generated before the payment due date (e.g., 3 days before payment is due).

Enable Automatic Invoice Generation:

  • When setting up the billing plan, select the option to automatically generate invoices.

  • The system will now generate invoices based on the billing frequency and send them to parents automatically.

Assign Students to the Plan:

  • Assign students to the billing plan to ensure they receive invoices.

  • Once assigned, the system will automatically create invoices based on the due dates for each student.
