This section is designated for recording important medical details of the staff member, including:
Allergies: List any allergies the staff member may have.
Medication: Note any medications the staff member is currently taking.
Last Medical Date: Enter the date of the staff member's most recent medical examination.
Physical Expiry Date: Record the expiry date of the staff member's physical, if applicable.
Doctor: Provide the name of the staff member's doctor.
Doctor Phone: Include the contact number for the staff member's doctor.
Update Medical Information on Web
Step 1: Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Staff members' tab.
Step 2: Click on the desired staff profile that is want to update Medical information.
Step 3: Click on the 'Edit' button in Medical Information section.
Step 4: Add/update the information as desired and click 'Save' button
