You can see a student's profile to record important Wellness Information like Allergies, Existing medical conditions, and Doctor information.
To complete the wellness data, you can add the following information:
Allergies: Specify any allergies the student has (e.g., peanut allergy, pollen sensitivity).
Existing Medical Condition: Add details of any ongoing medical conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes).
Last Medical Date: Record the date of the student’s most recent medical check-up.
Physical Expiry Date: Enter the date when the student’s physical exam will expire.
Pediatrician Name: Input the name of the student’s pediatrician.
Pediatrician Phone: Add the pediatrician’s contact number.
Pediatrician Address: Provide the pediatrician’s office address.

Step 1: Log in to your account.
Step 2: Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Children' tab.
Step 3: Locate and click on the specific student's profile.
Step 4: In the 'Wellness Information' box, click on the 'Edit' button.
Step 5: Enter the information, and click on the 'Save' button.
