How do I manage or update my student’s profile information?

The ability to manage or update your student’s profile information in MyKidReports ensures that all records remain accurate and up-to-date. This feature allows parents and staff to conveniently modify details like medical conditions, emergency contacts, and room assignments, fostering better communication and care for every child.


Manage or Update the student's profile on the Web

Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.

Step 2: Locate the student's name displayed at the top under individual student profiles. Click on the "View child profile" button below the student's name

Step 3: You can view all the details of the student. You can update your child's profile by clicking on the Edit option. Fill in the details and Save it.


Manage or Update the student's profile on the App

Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.

Step 2: Locate the student's name displayed. Click on the "Student's Name".

Step 3: Click on the View Student Profile.

Step 4: Click on the "View Profile".

Step 5: You can update your child's profile by clicking on the Edit option. Fill in the details and Save it.
