Staff Profiles in MyKidReports allow school to keep track of all the important information regarding their staff records. Two critical sections of the staff profile are Certifications and Staff Training.
Staff Certifications
The certifications section of the staff profile provides a centralized location to keep track of a staff member's official education. The following information can be logged in here:
Degree: Select from the following options: GED/High School Diploma, Associate, Bachelor's, Master's, Ph.D./EdD/other doctorate degrees, or Other.
Certification: Enter any relevant certification(s) that the staff member holds.
Early Childhood Education Credits: Manually input the total ECE credit hours the staff member has earned (numerical field only).
Infant Toddler Credits: Add the number of infant toddler credit hours the staff member has earned (numerical field only).
Notes: Include any additional information regarding the staff member's formal education.

Step 1: Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Staff members' tab.
Step 2: Click on the desired staff profile that is want to update Certification information.
βStep 3: Click on the 'Edit' button in Certification section.
Step 4: Add/update the information as desired and click 'Save' button

Professional Development Hours
The professional development hours section in the staff profile is an ideal spot to record any training, courses, or other educational achievements the staff member has completed.
Add Staff Training on Web
Step 1: Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Staff members' tab.
Step 2: Click on the desired staff profile that is want to add staff training.
Step 3: Click on the 'Add Training' in Staff Training section.
Step 4: You will see a pop up. Fill all the desired information and click on the 'Save Training' button.
