Add Staff Profiles

Easily manage staff profiles on the web or app.

Log in if their email address is provided. When using our Getting Started checklist, make sure to add staff/teacher accounts first so they can start performing various actions in MyKidReports, such as logging activities.


Add Staff on the Web

  1. Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Staff members' tab.

  2. Click on the button.

  3. Fill in all the required fields

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email

  4. Click on the 'Save Staff' button.

  5. You will see a pop-up. Just click on the 'Save Staff' button.

If a teacher is already added but you want to invite them

  1. Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Staff members' tab.

  2. Click on the 'Email login details' button.

  3. You will see a pop-up. Just click on the 'Send login details' button. This will send an invitation to the teachers to create a MyKidReports account.


Add Staff on the App

  1. Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Staff members' tab.

  2. Click on the button.

  3. Fill in all the required fields

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email

  4. Click on the 'Save Staff' button.

If a teacher is already added but you want to invite them

  1. Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Staff members' tab.

  2. Click on the down arrow which is ahead teacher's name.

  3. Click on the 'Send login details'.

  4. You will see a pop-up. Just click on the 'Send login details' button. This will send an invitation to the teachers to create a MyKidReports account.


Inactive and Active Staff

Admin can Inactive any staff profile and can active staff profile.

How to Inactive Staff Profile on Web?

Step 1: Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Staff members' tab.

Step 2: Click on the desired staff profile that is want to inactive.

Step 3: Click on 'Hide this staff? Make staff status inactive'

Step 4: You will see a pop-up. Just click on the 'Confirm' button.

How to Inactive Staff Profile on App?

Step 1: Click on the icon.

Step 2: Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Staff members' tab.

Step 3: Click on the desired staff profile that is want to inactive.

Step 4: Click on 'Hide this staff? Make staff status inactive'

Step 5: You will see a pop-up. Just click on the 'Confirm' button.


How to Active Staff Profile?

Step 1: Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Staff members' tab.

Step 2: Select 'In active' by Teacher Status Dropdown.

Step 3: Click on the desired staff profile that is want to Active.

Step 4: Click on 'Make staff status active'

Step 5: You will see a pop-up. Just click on the 'Confirm' button.
