The "View Received Messages" in MyKidReports ensures seamless communication by allowing users to access and review messages directly within the platform. This helps parents, guardians, and staff stay updated on important announcements, fostering efficient and transparent communication.
View the messages received from the preschool/staff
Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.
Step 2: Click on the Chat icon.
| Step 3: Here, you will get all messages received from the preschool/staff.

Step 4: To view the messages, just click on that message. You can also reply.
 | Step 5: You can also reply. The search bar allows parents to easily find and view any previous messages.  |
Parents/guardians can send attachments such as files and photos (up to 6MB).
Parents/guardians cannot delete messages; they can only view them within the app.
