The Message feature in MyKidReports allows parents and guardians to communicate directly with teachers, staff, or administrators through the app. Instead of relying on emails or phone calls, you can send and receive secure messages right inside MyKidReports, keeping all school-related communication in one place.
This feature helps you:
Ask questions about your child’s activities, learning, or care.
Connect directly with teachers or staff members.
Receive important updates or reminders from the school.
Keep conversations private between you and the school (other parents cannot see your messages).
It’s a convenient, real-time way for families to stay informed and engaged with their child’s school.
Parents/guardians can send attachments such as files and photos (up to 6MB).
The search bar allows parents to easily find and view any previous messages.
Parents/guardians cannot delete messages; they can only view them within the app.
