Learn how to save an email to customize its text.

Email Settings allows schools to customize the sender details and email content for various communication purposes.

  • Email Sender: You can choose the sender of the email (MyKidReports or a custom sender) and add a recipient in the CC field.

  • Edit Email Body: You can customize the text of specific email types by expanding each section. The available options for customization include: Schedule Tour

    1. Schedule Tour

    2. Tour Confirmed

    3. Start Enrollment

    4. Send Message to Parents

    5. Share Document Link

    6. Daily Activity Summary Report

    7. Send Statement to Parents

    8. New Invoice Generated

    9. Late Fee Charged

    10. Welcome Parent Email

    11. AutoPay

    12. Parent Welcome

    13. Checkin Code

    14. App Download Link


Email Settings on the Web

Follow these steps.

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Click on the 'Setting' tab.

Step 3: Go to the 'Email Setting' tab.

Step 4: (a). If you want to change the sender/CC then click on the 'Edit' button.

(b). You will get a pop-up from the right side. Enter the sender details, select CC from the dropdown list, and click on the 'Save Settings' button.

(c). Now select the desired option that is want to customize the text of specific email types by expanding each section. Type your message and click on the 'Save' button.


Email Settings on the App

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Click on the icon.

Step 3: Click on the 'Settings' tab.

Step 4: Click on the 'Email Setting' tab.

Step 5: (a). If you want to change the sender/CC then click on the 'Edit' button.

(b). Enter the sender details, select CC from the dropdown list, and click on the 'Save Settings' button.

(c). Now select the desired option that is want to customize the text of specific email types by expanding each section. Type your message and click on the 'Save' button.
