School Settings

The "Settings" feature in MyKidReports allows administrators to manage and customize various aspects of their school’s system. It includes options like:

Check-in Settings: Enables QR code-based check-ins for parents and staff, allowing smooth and secure attendance tracking.

Access Settings: Controls whether activities are visible to staff only or parents can edit student info, ensuring flexibility based on the school's privacy and operational needs.

Message Settings: Allows or restricts communication between parents and staff as well as between staff members themselves.

Room Settings: Provides an option to edit room names, set room ratios, and manage room capacities, helping schools maintain accurate records of each room’s usage.


Email Settings

It allows schools to customize the sender details and email content for various communication purposes.

  • Email Sender: You can choose the sender of the email (MyKidReports or a custom sender) and add a recipient in the CC field.

  • Edit Email Body: You can customize the text of specific email types by expanding each section. The available options for customization include: Schedule Tour
