Setting the email sender in MyKidReports allows preschools to personalize communication by using their own email address, ensuring a professional and consistent branding experience. This feature enhances trust and recognition among parents and staff while maintaining seamless communication.
Set the email sender in MyKidReports on the Web
Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.
Step 2: Click on the 'Settings' option.
βStep 3: Go to the Email Settings tab.
Step 4: Click the "Edit" button next to the "From" field.
Step 5: You will get a pop-up. Now set From and CC. So click on the From Text box.
Step 6: You will get a pop-up now click on the +Add Email option.
Step 7: You will get a pop-up, enter your Email ID and click on the Verify email button.
Important: When your email address is verified then you can select that one as sender.
Set the email sender in MyKidReports on the App
Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.
Step 4: Scroll down and go to the School Settings section. Click on the Email Settings option.
