What are the steps to create and set up my website in MyKidReports?

This feature allows you to create a professional, fully functional website for your school effortlessly, with built-in SEO tools to help it rank higher. It saves time and money by offering a simple solution for managing your online presence.


Set up a website in MyKidReports

Step 1: Log in to the MyKidReports on the web.

Step 2: Go to the Website option.

Step 3: You will see two options. One is and second is . Now click the Create on Your Own button.

Step 4: You can customize your website according to your needs. Here, you will see your website's pages with an "Edit" option next to each page. Just click on Edit and update. Let's edit the Home page.

Step 5: You will see many options to add sections, images, audio, videos, etc. Simply drag and drop the sections according to your needs, and click "Publish" to go live.

Step 6: Your website is now live with a free MyKidReports subdomain.

Step 7: If you want your own domain then click the button.

Step 8: You will see two steps to connect a domain. To complete the first step click the DNS instructions.

Step 9: You will get a pop-up. Read the instructions carefully and provide the details.

Step 10: After completing the first step of DNS settings, you can proceed to the second step to connect your domain. Enter your domain and click the "Connect My Site" button. Now your own domain is live. You can access your website.

Important

  • A domain is a custom website address you can use for your school, like www.yourschool.com.

  • A subdomain is a free website address provided by MyKidReports, like yourschool.mykidreports.com. This is automatically assigned to your school when you set up your website in MyKidReports.
