Using a custom domain gives your website a professional and branded appearance, making it easier for parents to find and remember your childcare center online. It enhances credibility and helps build trust with potential clients.
Step 1: Log in to the MyKidReports on the web.
Step 2: Go to the Website option.
βStep 3: click the button.
Step 4: You will see two steps to connect a domain. To complete the first step click the DNS instructions.
Step 5: You will get a pop-up. Read the instructions carefully and provide the details.
Step 6: After completing the first step of DNS settings, you can proceed to the second step to connect your domain. Enter your domain and click the "Connect My Site" button. Now your own domain is live. You can access your website.
Important
A domain is a custom website address you can use for your school, like www.mychildcarecenter.com.
A subdomain is a free website address provided by MyKidReports, like yourschool.mykidreports.com. This is automatically assigned to your school when you set up your website in MyKidReports.
