How do I add custom questions for parents during the check-in process?

Adding custom questions during the check-in process in MyKidReports allows preschools to gather essential information tailored to their needs, such as health updates or special instructions. This feature improves communication and ensures personalized care for each child, enhancing the overall childcare experience.


Add custom questions for parents during the check-in process on the Web

Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.

Step 2: Click on the 'Settings' option.

Step 3: Click on the highlighted option as shown on the screen.

Step 4: You can Enable the option by just clicking on the toggle button. By default, this is disabled.

Step 5: You will see some predefined questions. If you want to keep these then simply click on the Save button.

Step 6: If you want to other questions. Click on the +Add another statements button.

Step 7: You will get a pop-up. You will see two options Free Flow Text and Yes/No Answer Only. Choose one.

Step 8: Type your answer and click on the Save button.

Step 4: Scroll down and go to the School Settings section click on the Check-in Settings.

Step 5: Click on the highlighted option as shown on the screen.
