To improve flexibility, MyKidReports empowers schools to set up their check-in settings in a way that will best fit the needs of their program.


Check-in Settings: Enables QR code-based check-ins for parents and staff, allowing smooth and secure attendance tracking.

Check-in Settings has three major settings options and one is an optional option. Let's discuss one by one.

We use a device to let parents/staff to scan QR code for check-in

Schools permit to staff/parents to use a device to scan a QR code for check-in by enabling this option.

We will print a QR code and let parents/staff to scan QR code for check-in.

Schools permit to staff/parents to print a QR code for check-in by enabling this option.

Teachers will be checking-in each student.

Schools permit to teachers/staff to check each student by enabling this option.


Check-in Settings on the Web

Follow these steps.

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Click on the 'Setting' tab.

Step 3: Go to on 'Check-in Settings' section. Just click on the toggle button to enable/disable the setting.

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Click on the icon.

Step 3: Click on the 'Settings' tab.

Step 4: Scroll down and click on the 'Messages Settings'

Step 5: Just click on the toggle button to enable/disable the setting.
