You may be asked to provide a digital signature during check-in or check-out because your school requires it for verification. This ensures that the correct parent or guardian is completing the process, adds an extra layer of security, and keeps accurate records for compliance.

Why am I asked (sometimes not asked) to sign during check-in/out?
You are asked for a digital guardian signature, depending on how your school has set up the signature requirement:
None – No signature is required.
Check-in – A signature is required only at check-in.
Check-out – A signature is required only at check-out.
Both – A signature is required at both check-in and check-out.
If your school has turned on guardian signatures, you will be required to provide a digital signature at the designated stage. If the school has turned off this feature, no signature will be required.
