MyKidReports Check-in System
Parents/guardians check in/out from their own phones by scanning a QR code.
Parents/Guardians can check in/check out using a 6-digit code.
Check in on a Kiosk with QR code in the app
Step 1: Log in to the parent/guardian MyKidReports account on the app.

button, the QR scanner that opens to scan the program's QR code (either printed or displayed on the Kiosk) and continue checking in.Step 4: You will get a pop-up Checked in successfully. Just click on the OK button.

Step 1: Parents can enter the 6-digit code to complete the check-in.
Step 2: A pop-up will appear displaying the list of children. Click the Check-in button next to the child you wish to check in.

How can parents view their 6-digit check-in code?
(i) When parents do not have a phone during check-in/check-out
Note: If a parent forgets their 6-digit check-in code and does not have their phone during check-in/check-out, they can request the code directly from the school.
(ii) When parents have a phone during check-in/check-out
Step 1: Log in to the parent/guardian MyKidReports account on the app.
Step 2: On the top right, tap your profile icon, then click the student’s profile.
 | Step 3: Scroll down to the Family Members section, where parents can view their check-in code.
