How can I upload photos and videos while adding an activity?

Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports Administrator account on the app.

Step 2: Tap on the Add Activity icon located at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: You will see multiple activity categories. For example, if you want to post an activity in the Food category, click on the Food icon.

Step 4: Select the children. You can select children by room, select them individually, or, if you want to include only checked-in children, simply click Checked-in only and then click the Next button.

Step 5: On the details screen, you can optionally set the time, select a meal type, add items, or include notes. To attach photos, videos, or documents, tap the camera icon, select your files, and then click Add Activity to post."

If you want to add more files, just click the icon.

Note: If you want to post this activity only for staff, check the Staff Only box; otherwise, leave it unchecked.
