Post an activity in the app
Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports Administrator account on the app.
| Step 2: Tap on the Add Activity icon located at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: You will see multiple activity categories. For example, if you want to post an activity in the Food category, click on the Food icon.
| Step 4: Select the children. You can select children by room, select them individually, or, if you want to include only checked-in children, simply click Checked-in only and then click the Next button.

Step 5: On the details screen, you can optionally set the time, select a meal type, add items, photos, or notes. If you want to post this activity only for staff, check the Staff Only box; otherwise, leave it unchecked. Finally, click the Add Activity button.
Staff only: The “Staff Only” checkbox allows you to post an activity exclusively for staff visibility, keeping it hidden from parents.

You can easily view the complete history of activities in the Activity Feed. The feed displays all entries. This makes it simple to review past updates whenever needed.

Yes, MyKidReports provides an Admin Approval feature. When the “Admin Approval Needed” option is enabled, any activity logged by staff will first require administrator review and approval before it becomes visible to parents.
