The school forms/documents feature in MyKidReports allows guardians to easily access important forms and records directly from the platform, ensuring they stay informed and organized. This convenience eliminates the need for physical paperwork and streamlines communication between the school and parents.

Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.
Step 2: Locate the student's name displayed at the top under individual student profiles. Click on the "View child profile" button below the student's name.
Step 3: You can view all the forms and documents that are shared by preschool under the Forms & Requests tab.
