Complete the required forms on the Web
Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.
Step 2: Locate the student's name displayed at the top under individual student profiles. Click on the "View child profile" button below the student's name.
Step 3: You can view all the requested forms and documents that are shared by preschool under the Forms & Requests tab.
Step 4: You need to click the Start button to complete the requested form.
