In MyKidReports, parents can easily make payments for their child's tuition or other fees through a user-friendly process. Schools can guide parents on how to complete payments efficiently, either online or through manual entry.

  • Autopay Option: Parents can opt in for autopay, simplifying future payments by automatically deducting fees.

Parents make a payment in the app

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Click on the 'MAKE PAYMENT' button.

Step 3:

  • Enter the Payment Amount in the USD field.

  • Select a Payment Method (e.g., ACH Direct Debit or Credit Card).

  • (Optional) Add a Note for reference.

  • (Optional) Check the box to “Save this account on file for future automatic payments.”

  • Finally, click the Pay button to complete the payment.

There are two payment methods available: ACH Direct Debit or Credit Card. Let’s go through each option one by one.

Step 4: If you have selected ACH Direct Debit as your payment method, a pop-up will appear where you need to enter your account details.

Step 5: Finally, the payment has been done, just click on Ok.

Step 4: If you have selected Credit Card as your payment method, a pop-up will appear; click on the Continue button.

Step 5: Fill in your account details.

Step 6: Finally, the payment has been done, just click on Ok.

Note: If you want your payment method to be used automatically for future payments, make sure to check the box “Save this account on file for future automatic payments" during payment.


FAQs

Can I make partial payments or do I have to pay the full invoice?

Yes, parents can enter the payment amount manually. For example, if the invoice is $270 and you wish to pay $200 now, you can enter $200 and pay the remaining later.

Can multiple family members make payments for the same child?

Yes, if the school has granted billing permissions to multiple family members, each authorized member can make payments.
