Access Room Settings
On The Web
Step 1: Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Rooms' tab.
Step 2: Click on the 'Setting' 
icon.
Step 3: You will see a pop-up.
(a). In the Student to Staff Ratio field, enter the total number of students that can be in the room with a single staff member. Click on the 'Save Settings' button.
(b). In the Room Capacity field, enter the total number of students that can be in the room at any given time. Click on the 'Save Settings' button.
On The App

Room Settings Options
Room Name: Change the name of the room.
Student-to-Staff Ratio: Set the preferred ratio of students to staff, and get alerts when this limit is exceeded.
Room Capacity:Set the maximum number of students allowed in the room at any time.
