The room capacity and ratio feature helps to set the maximum number of students per room and the corresponding staff-student ratio.
On The Web
Step 1: Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Rooms' tab.
Step 2: Click on the 'Setting' 
icon.
Step 3: You will see a pop-up.
(a). In the Student to Staff Ratio field, enter the total number of students that can be in the room with a single staff member. Click on the 'Save Settings' button.
(b). In the Room Capacity field, enter the total number of students that can be in the room at any given time. Click on the 'Save Settings' button.
