The room capacity and ratio feature allows you to define the maximum number of students per room along with the appropriate staff-to-student ratio.
Set Room Ratios and Capacity On The Web
Step 1: Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Rooms' tab.
Step 2: Select your desired room and click on the 'Setting' 
icon.
Step 3: You will see a pop-up.
(a). In the Student to Staff Ratio field, enter the total number of students that can be in the room with a single staff member. Click on the 'Save Settings' button.
(b). In the Room Capacity field, enter the total number of students that can be in the room at any given time. Click on the 'Save Settings' button.
