Can I filter the calendar to show only specific events?

Filter the calendar to show only specific events in the app

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Click on the icon.

Step 3: Click on the 'School Calendar' tab.

Step 4: Click the icon.

Step 5:

  • From here, you can check or uncheck categories such as Holidays, Birthdays, Events, Learning Plans, Physical Expiry, or Training Expiry.

  • Once selected, only the checked event types will appear on your calendar view.

Note:

Student and staff birthdays are visible only to administrators and are not displayed to parents or staff members in the calendar. Similarly, student physical expiry dates and staff training expiry dates are also restricted to administrators for internal management purposes.
