Yes, administrators can control the calendar view in MyKidReports to fit the school’s needs.
Customize the calendar view for school in the app
Step 1: Log in to your account.
Step 2: Click on 
the icon.
Step 3: Click on the 'School Calendar' tab.
Step 4: Click
| Step 5: Use the View Options button to check or uncheck categories such as US Holidays, Birthdays, Events, Learning Plans, Physical Expiry, or Training Expiry. Only the categories you select will appear in the calendar, allowing you to customize the view and focus on the events that matter most.

Note:
Student and staff birthdays are visible only to administrators and are not displayed to parents or staff members in the calendar. Similarly, student physical expiry dates and staff training expiry dates are also restricted to administrators for internal management purposes.
