If a parent forgets to check out, Parents can see on their side that the check-out is missing for that day. In such cases, only the administrator can update the check-out time to keep records accurate. To avoid confusion, it’s best to always complete the check-out process before leaving.
View the missing checkout in the app
Step 1: Log in to the parent/guardian MyKidReports account on the app.
Step 2: Scroll down, click the Check Student's Attendance under the More information section.

Important:
Parents can view check-in and check-out times for each day, along with the total hours attended.
Any missing check-out entries are clearly visible in the report, helping parents track incomplete attendance records.
Parents can easily filter and view reports for different weeks by clicking on the blue date link at the top.
Note: If any check-out is missing, it can only be corrected by the school or administrator. Please contact your school for assistance.
