The "Set as Toured" feature in MyKidReports helps streamline the enrollment process by tracking prospective families who have completed their tour. It ensures accurate records, enhances communication, and keeps the admissions workflow organized.
Set as toured to Scheduled Tour on the Web
Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Admissions section on the left menu. Click on Dashboard under Admissions.
Step 3: You will get the list of all children under the Scheduled Tour tab. Now select the desired child and click on the Waiting For Tour Schedule option that is under in Tour date and time column. Click on the Set as Toured option.

Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.
Step 4: Go to the Scheduled Tours tab. > Click on the Waiting For Tour Schedule that is ahead to the student's name > Click on the Set as Toured option.

Note: Now this child has been moved to the Toured tab for further process.
