This feature in MyKidReports provides a centralized view of all scheduled tours, helping you efficiently manage and organize visits. It ensures better communication with parents and allows you to track tour statuses, enhancing the enrollment process and showcasing your facility effectively.

Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Admissions section on the left menu. Click on Dashboard under Admissions.
Step 3: Click on the Scheduled Tours tab. Here you can see all Scheduled Tours children.
Important:
You can use the Search by Name field to quickly locate a specific child by entering their name.
You can use the Filter by Program option to view only the children associated with a specific program.
You can use the Filter by Desired Start Date to refine the list and focus on children starting within a specific date range.
