Scheduling a tour in MyKidReports allows the childcare center to organize and manage visits for prospective families efficiently. By selecting a student, setting tour dates and times, and sending schedules directly to parents, you ensure a seamless and professional experience. This feature simplifies communication, saves time, and helps showcase your facility to interested families, enhancing enrollment opportunities.
Schedule a tour on the Web
Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.
Step 2: Navigate to Admissions > Dashboard in the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Under the Prospect list, locate the student for whom you want to schedule a tour. Click on the dropdown in the Student Status column next to the selected student.
Step 4: Click on the Tour option.
Step 5: Click on the Schedule a tour.
Step 6: A Schedule a Tour pop-up window will appear.
Fill in the following details:
Tour Date: Select the desired date.
Tour Time: Choose a suitable time for the tour.
You can edit subject and message details if needed otherwise predefined details you can send.
Click on + Add Date to include additional time slots if needed.
Step 7: Click on Save and Send Schedule to finalize and send the schedule to parents.
Schedule a tour on the App
Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.
Step 4: Under the Prospect list, locate the student for whom you want to schedule a tour. Click on the dropdown in the Student Status column next to the selected student.
