In MyKidReports, schools can easily view the account balance for any student to get an overview of their financial status, including outstanding payments or credits. The account balance provides insight into how much a student owes or if they have overpaid. Here's how schools can check the account balances for individual students.
Benefits of Viewing Account Balances:
Clarity for Financial Management: The account balance gives a clear picture of how much a student owes, helping the school keep track of finances more effectively.
Follow-Up on Outstanding Balances: If a student has a pending balance, schools can follow up with the parent or guardian for timely payment.
Avoiding Overpayments: The account balance ensures that schools don't mistakenly request payment if a student has already paid or has a credit balance.
Financial Accuracy: Schools can use this feature to maintain accurate financial records, ensuring that everything is up-to-date and error-free.
