Schools can manage messaging settings to control communication between staff and parents.
There are four settings by which schools can control the communication within the system.
Parents can message staff directly: This setting, when enabled, allows parents to message staff members who are assigned to the same room as their children.
Staff can message each other: When this setting is turned on, staff members can communicate directly with each other within the system.
Parents can message room directly: If enabled, parents can send messages to the entire room. To see these messages, staff must be in "Room Device Mode."
School can see all staff and room messages: This setting allows schools to view all communication between staff and parents across rooms, ensuring full transparency and oversight.
