The school can view staff-to-staff conversations on the Web
Step 1: Log in to your account.
Step 2: Click on the 'Chat' tab.
Step 3: After clicking ' New Chat ' > You will get a pop-up now select 'Staff Groups'.
Step 5: Staff can a message after selecting group and then click next.
The school can view staff-to-staff conversations on the App
Step 1: Log in to your account.
Step 2: Click on the  icon. 
| Step 3: Click on the 'Chat' tab.

Step 4: Click on New Chat > Go to the 'Staff Groups' tab. After selecting desired 'Group' that is want to message in the 'Staff Group'.

Step 6: You will get a message conversation window where you can view the staff-staff conversation.
