Only administrators can upload a custom icon when creating or editing an activity type in MyKidReports. Staff members can do this only if the preschool administrator grants them permission. Once permission is given, staff can upload, change, or update custom icons for activity types the same way administrators do.
Upload a custom icon for an activity type in the app
Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports App.
Step 2: Scroll down, click the Activity Settings under the Assigned Features section.
Step 3: A list of created activities will appear. Tap the activity you want to upload a custom icon (e.g., Breakfast).
Step 4: You can upload a custom icon by clicking Upload Photo. Once uploaded, tap Save to apply the changes
