How can I customize forms or fields?

Customizing forms or fields in MyKidReports allows preschools to tailor forms to their specific requirements, ensuring relevant data collection.

This feature enhances flexibility, improves efficiency in gathering accurate information, and supports better communication with parents and staff.

Step 1: Log in to the MyKidReports.

Step 2: Click on the icon.

Step 3: Go to the 'Forms & Documents' option.

Step 4: Click the + New Form button.

Step 5: You will see four options to create a form.

You can choose one according to your needs.

Step 6:

If you want to generate a form with AI, write a prompt and hit the Generate with AI button.
If you want to create a template by using pre-created templates then click on the Use template button.
If you want to start a template by scratch then hit the Start from scratch button.

After that, you will see the forms option. So you can adjust the form according to your needs.

Step 7: Finally you will get a preview option to verify everything is fine then click the Submit button.

Step 8: You will get a pop-up. Click the Customize option. You can customize and save it.
