This feature helps maintain privacy and focus by controlling which activities are accessible to different users, ensuring that only relevant information is visible to staff and parents.
Hide or Show specific activities for staff and parents on the Web
Step 1: Log in to the MyKidReports on the web.
Step 2: Go to 'Daily Activities' > Click on the 'Activity Settings' tab.
Step 3: You will see all activity categories. To Hide and Show an activity just click the Toggle button. By default, it is set to Visible.
Important: You can set the visibility (Visible or Hidden) of the added activity just clicking by the toggle button in the Activity Visibility Column.
