Enabling or disabling parents to send messages to a specific room directly in MyKidReports provides better control over communication channels. This feature allows administrators to streamline interactions, ensuring messages are directed appropriately while maintaining privacy and effective communication between parents and staff.
Enable/Disable parents to send messages to a specific room directly on the Web
Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.
Step 2: Click on the 'Settings' option.
Step 3: Go to the Message Settings section. You can Enable/Disable the option by just clicking on the toggle button. By default, this is enabled.
Important: When this feature is enabled parents can message the room directly.

Step 4: Scroll down and go to the School Settings section. Click on the Message Settings option.
