What is the meaning of failed payments?

The failed payments feature in MyKidReports helps identify transactions that were not processed successfully. It allows parents to quickly address issues, ensuring timely resolution and avoiding disruptions in their child’s enrollment or services.


View the Failed Payments Status on the Web

Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.

Step 2: Click on the Payments button.

Step 3: Click on the Failed Payments tab under the Payments tab. Here you can view all Failed Payments statuses.

Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.

Step 2: Locate the student's name displayed. Click on the "Student's Name".

Step 3: Scroll down go to the Payment section and click on Payments.

Step 4: Click on the Failed Payments tab under the Payments tab. Here you can view all Failed Payments statuses.
