With MyKidReports, parents can conveniently and securely make payments for their child’s fees directly through the platform. This feature ensures timely transactions, easy tracking of payment history, and eliminates the hassle of manual payments.

Make payment for the child's fees in the app

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Click on the 'MAKE PAYMENT' button.

Step 3:

  • Enter the Payment Amount in the USD field.

  • Select a Payment Method (e.g., ACH Direct Debit or Credit Card).

  • (Optional) Add a Note for reference.

  • (Optional) Check the box to “Save this account on file for future automatic payments.”

  • Finally, click the Pay button to complete the payment.

There are two payment methods available: ACH Direct Debit or Credit Card. Let’s go through each option one by one.

Step 4: If you have selected ACH Direct Debit as your payment method, a pop-up will appear where you need to enter your account details.

Step 5: Finally, the payment has been done, just click on Ok.

Step 5: Fill in your card details.

Step 6: Finally, the payment has been done, just click on Ok.

Can I make partial payments or do I have to pay the full invoice?

Yes, parents can enter the payment amount manually. For example, if the invoice is $270 and you wish to pay $200 now, you can enter $200 and pay the remaining later.

Can multiple family members make payments for the same child?

Yes, if the school has granted billing permissions to multiple family members, each authorized member can make payments.
