Assigning an Enrollment Process to a child in MyKidReports streamlines the admissions workflow by tailoring the process to the specific needs of each child or program. This feature enhances organization, ensures clarity in documentation, and provides a seamless experience for both staff and parents.
Assign the Enrollment Process to the child on the Web
Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Admissions section on the left menu. Click on Dashboard under Admissions.
Step 3: Click on the "+ Add New Prospect" button in the top-right corner.
Step 4: A pop-up will appear. Fill in the required details (Student Info and Parent Info) and click on the Save button.
Note: In the pop-up window, under the Student Info section, select the appropriate program for the child. This automatically assigns the corresponding enrollment process.
Assign the Enrollment Process to the child on the App
Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.
Step 4: Click on the "+ Add New Prospect" button
