How can I Start the enrollment process?

Enrollment in MyKidReports streamlines the process of adding new students to your childcare center. By efficiently managing student details, assigning rooms, selecting registration processes, and setting start dates, you create a seamless experience for both staff and parents. With the ability to send enrollment emails directly to parents, this feature ensures clear communication and reduces manual work. Simplifying the enrollment process not only saves time but also enhances your center's professionalism, fostering trust and improving the overall experience for families.

Start the enrollment process on the Web

Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.

Step 2: Navigate to Admissions > Dashboard in the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Under the Prospect list, locate the student for whom you want to enroll a student. Click on the dropdown in the Student Status column next to the selected student.

Step 4: Click on the Start Enrollment Process option.

Step 5: When you proceed with starting the enrollment process, a pop-up window will appear. Complete the required fields as follows:

  1. Select Room(s): Choose the appropriate room(s) from the dropdown menu.

  2. Registration Process (Optional): Select a registration process if applicable.

  3. Program Name (Optional): Choose the relevant program name, if necessary.

  4. Desired Start Date (Optional): Specify the preferred start date for the enrollment.

If you wish to notify parents via email regarding the enrollment, check the "Send enrollment email to parents" box. Finally, click the "Continue" button to proceed with the enrollment process.

Step 6: A pop-up will appear. Click on the "Start process and send email" button.

Step 7: Again a confirmation pop-up will appear. Click on the "OK" button.

Step 8: Now need to approve this student.

To approve a student in the "Waiting for receiving details" status under the Students tab in the My School section:

  1. Navigate to the Students tab in the My School menu.

  2. Locate the child listed under the "Waiting for receiving details" section. Click the Edit button next to the child's name.

  3. In the child's profile, go to the Forms and Requests tab.

  4. Review the required forms, then click on the Approve Student button.

Once completed, the child will be successfully enrolled in your system.


Start the enrollment process on the App

Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.

Step 2: Click on the icon.

Step 3: Navigate to Admissions > Dashboard in the left-hand menu.
