How can I send an email to the waitlist parents of the child?

The ability to send emails to waitlisted children in MyKidReports ensures clear and timely communication with families. This feature helps keep parents informed about their child’s status, updates, and next steps, fostering trust and engagement throughout the waitlist process.


Send emails to the waitlist child on the Web

Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Admissions section on the left menu. Click on Waitlist under Admissions.

Step 3: You will find the list of all waitlisted children. Locate the desired student and click on the Send Email button next to their name.

Step 4: A pop-up window will appear displaying a pre-written message. If necessary, you can customize the subject and message content to suit your requirements. Once finalized, click the Send button to complete the process.

Note: Parents will get the messages on their registered email ID.
