The school can view staff-to-family conversations on the Web
Step 1: Log in to your account.
Step 2: Click on the 'Messaging tab.
Step 3: Go to the 'Others' tab.
Step 4: Click on the desired 'Message' that you want to view in the 'Staff-Family' tab.
Step 5: You will get a message conversation window where you can view the staff-family conversation.
