The "Add Hours" feature allows schools to manually input or adjust student check-in and check-out times. This is useful for correcting any missed or inaccurate entries. Simply select the relevant day, enter the hours, and save the changes to maintain accurate attendance records.
Add children's attendance hours on the Web
Follow these easy steps.
Step 1: Log in to your account.
Step 2: Go to 'My School' > Click on the 'Check-in Reports' tab.
Step 3: Click on the desired student profile where you want to add hours. A pop-up will appear, and you just need to click on the 'Add Hours' button.
Step 4: Fill all the details (Date, Check-in Time, and Check-out Time) and click on the 'Save' button.
